Locals Supporting Locals
Rolfe Subaru is proud to be the only locally-owned Subaru franchise in the ACT and a part of the Canberra community.
As such, we have created a Locals Supporting Locals network with other locally-owned, Canberra operations. Only businesses offering unique and professional products and services become part of this network. For more information, see the outlines and links below:
Flint in the Vines and Flint Dining Room & Bar are sure to please all of the senses.
The guys from Flint, executive chef Grant Kells and sommelier Jai Dawson, provide a dining experience in the city or in the country not to be missed. Both venues focus on modern European cuisine, fresh, local & seasonal produce. The service is outstanding and they aim to provide a relaxed enjoyable experience for you.
Flint in the Vines resides at Shaw Vineyard Estate in Murrumbateman, and has a picturesque view over the 85 acre Shaw vineyard. It’s a perfect 35 minute drive from Canberra with many wineries to enjoy on the way if you desire. The restaurant has a rustic yet smart look with a fireplace roaring in the winter months, and the outdoor terrace in full swing in the warmer months.
Flint Dining Room & Bar resides in the New Acton Pavillion, a 1927 heritage listed building. It offers a contemporary space in bold tones.
Both restaurants have live music during summer and winter, many events and interesting dining experiences.
Post-script: On 23rd of June this year, Flint Dining Room and Bar suffered major damage during the blaze at New Acton. The owners are determined to re-open as soon as possible and have experienced an overwhelming level of good wishes for this endeavour from the ACT community. In the meantime, Rolfe Subaru encourages anyone wishing to experience an exceptional dining experience to make a booking at their sister restaurant, Flint in the Vines, by calling (02) 6227 5144 or by clicking on the link above.
