Dear Greg,

Quite a few people have commented on the new Sti and asked how I like it? I answer it's nice and inevitably they say "how fast does it go" or "why did you choose that?"

I tell them it goes ok and gets me from A to B in a time I feel suitable. I then often mention that this is the sixth car I have purchased in a row from Rolfe Subaru at Phillip in Woden.

They usually look a bit puzzled and ask "why haven't I tried something different?"

That's when I tell them about the ongoing care I always get when something has happened, like a flat battery or running over a dead 'roo coming home from work which as you know is some distance away.

I then explain the unfailing courtesy from all involved at Phillip from yourself, the sales team
(Matt who must have been there as long as I have been coming!) and the service team headed up by Jayden.

That's why I keep coming back!

Good morning Sebastian/Chris,

I just want to let you know I arrived safely in Melbourne after I picked up the car last Saturday.
There were no problems as you would expect. The bad smell stayed for another 100km and then disappeared.

In regards to the clutch, I find it much easier to use now. I have been complaining to my local dealer since the purchase how heavy it feels. With the new (program) device you installed it is half as heavy and softer from start. No stalling with low revs. So thank you very much.

I also would like to thank you and other staff for looking after the car and keeping us posted during the progress of the works. That was very much appreciated especially that I stayed in Sydney. I had less to worry about things in this way and could get on with my business as though nothing had happened.

Please let head office know that you made a customer very happy under these circumstances. Your approach was professional, efficient and above all customer friendly.

Just a quick note to say thank you for your work yesterday on our Impreza. It was a last minute request on our part to book the service but you managed to fit us in. Sandra also said she was greeted buy one of our staff with an umbrella when she turned up in the rain.

Sebastian checked my vehicle in & I want you to know how helpful & polite he was.
I drew attention to the fact that the remote section of the key wasn’t working he said he would check it out he did & my key was replaced (It was within the warranty period).

He also inquired whether I was a senior which as I am 80 helped to make my day. The young lady who handled checking out & payment also did credit to your company.

We've recently finalized the necessary salary-packaging process for a Subaru Forester diesel station wagon (YHB-50N) – a process which started when we first visited your premises on Saturday, 15th January.

We just want to take this opportunity to thank-you for your patience during this protracted process while all those necessary steps like approvals, insurance and the like were being sorted out. Further to positive survey feedback I gave to your National Subaru headquarters on sales and service standards at your centre, I would like to convey my sincerest thanks to your professional staff who greatly assisted my wife and me in the purchase of our new Forester.

Generally speaking we were very much put at ease at every stage of our research, discussion and final decision making and at no stage did we feel under any pressure or obligation to quickly decide what we wanted to do. In our car buying experience (which is perhaps not substantial) your approachable staff were in a different league to other teams we visited in town and were the key to us leaning towards buying the Forester, notwithstanding all of its features which appealed to us anyway.

Specifically I wish to thank Stevie for her detailed assistance and support with our package requirements; and Steve for his reassuring expertise in the finance area. We are especially grateful to Marius for being very patient, being a gentleman, an excellent salesman and above all a straight talker and honest in his responses to our questions and concerns.
